Behavioral Health Therapist
All shifts – Must be able to work weekends
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for assisting in coordinating the day to day needs of the facility and patients. They are responsible for assisting with the monitoring and maintaining patient schedules, activities in a safe and orderly manner and in accordance with the facility policies and procedures. The Technicians are responsible for reporting any identified safety concerns of patients, facility or vehicle deficits to their supervisor.
Licensed Therapists and Group Facilitators
Monday – Friday
The Therapist is responsible for performing a variety of patient care activities as directed by the attending physician, Medical Director and Clinical Director. He/she will be responsible for patient caseload, providing group, individual, and family therapy, and conducting bio-psychosocial assessments. He/she collaborates with the treatment team to formulate the master treatment plan, and assists in coordinating discharge planning while functioning under the guidance of their licensure, registration and/or certification and in accordance with the regulations, rules, and requirements of State and Federal government and accrediting organizations.
Licensed Weekend Therapists/Group Facilitators
Saturday and Sunday
Group Facilitator is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the attending Clinical Director. He/she will be responsible for conducting groups and works in collaboration with Treatment Team to access patient’s needs.
Staff Nurse(s)
(Day shift, 2nd shift, and overnight shift) – Must be able to work Weekends
We are currently seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and thorough RN/LPNs to join our team as a Staff Nurse! The Staff Nurse completes assigned nursing related services to each patient and links patients to the physicians and to outside medical resources. They inform the clinical team about medical issues and are available for emergency medical situations and provides all services under supervision of M.D., and Director of Nursing. The Staff Nurse is responsible to assist with medical and history screens, providing routine nursing care, review of medication logs and assisting in overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the patient in coordination with the attending physician.
Licensed Physician Assistants – PA-C
Wellington Retreat Inc. dba Family Center for Recovery is a psychiatric treatment facility providing a full continuum of care including Inpatient Detoxification, Residential, Partial Hospital, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient levels of care providing treatment for all psychiatric illness.
We are looking for full-time energetic, team-playing board-certified/board-eligible Physician Assistant in the State of Florida for both our adolescent and adult programs. Prefer a candidate that is interested in psychiatric illness. Must be team-oriented and patient-centered. Should be interested in integrative and functional medicine and ready to learn.
