Our Alumni Community

The importance of alumni and fellowship is undeniably important in recovery. Alumni is a place where former patients can build lifelong friendships and give back to their community. The support and fellowship of peers is the best medicine for fighting the disease of addiction. No one can do this alone because along with needing to be held accountable, recovering individuals also need to learn how to live again. Alumni is not only a support system  but also a way of continuing treatment. Alumni is 100% free of cost and encouraged for all former patients.

Alumni Outings

Our alumni department takes part in a number of group outings to give our former patients the opportunity to build positive experiences outside of treatment. We hope to inspire former patients to enjoy their new life . Our alumni coordinators are former patients that assist patients while they are attending treatment. Many alumni members end up building friendships which has morphed our outings into a fun social events.

Our outings include things like outdoor activities, bowling, attending movies, and the various festivals and events Florida offers. We help our former patients experience and form their own sober community.

While we do like to have fun, we never forget about our community service. We love to give back and show the community how we inspire others and stay sober ourselves. Service is a big part of recovery in that it helps patients remain humble and pass the message of hope and recovery. Including beach cleanups, we help various local causes to better the community.
